The service
Pony Bead Maker (“we”, “the site”) provides a free browser-based tool for designing pony bead tapestry patterns, plus downloadable pattern packs. The service is operated by [Site operator legal name]. Using the site means you accept these terms; if you don’t, please don’t use the site.
No account, your responsibility
The maker has no accounts. Projects autosave in your browser’s local storage on your device — that means you are responsible for keeping backups (use “Save project file” in the studio). We cannot recover projects lost to cleared browser data, device changes, or private-browsing sessions.
Pattern licenses
What you may do with patterns is defined on the license page: starter patterns are free for personal use, the workshop pack covers classroom use, and the commercial license covers selling finished pieces.
Purchases & delivery
Digital products (PDF pattern packs) are delivered electronically immediately after payment through our payment providers. Because they are digital and instantly accessible, refunds are limited — see the refund policy. Prices are shown at checkout and may change over time; changes never affect completed orders.
Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the site: no automated scraping that degrades service, no attempting to access data that isn’t yours (there isn’t much — it’s all in your own browser), and no reselling our pattern packs as your own. You retain full rights to patterns you design yourself from scratch.
No warranty
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep exports accurate — bead counts, colors, and printed sizes — but final results depend on your materials, printer and screen, and we can’t guarantee they will match exactly. Verify color counts against your actual beads before purchasing materials.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim (for free use: nothing). We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including materials purchased based on pattern output.
