The short version
- The pattern maker and starter patterns are free — nothing to refund.
- Paid packs are instant digital downloads. If a file is broken, wrong, or not what the page promised, email us and we’ll fix it or refund it in full.
- Change-of-mind refunds within 14 days: yes, as long as you haven’t extensively used the files (e.g., printed or redistributed them).
How to request a refund
Email [contact email] within 14 days of purchase with your order number (from the payment confirmation email) and one line about what went wrong. We reply within [N business days]. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and can take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the payment provider.
EU / UK withdrawal right
If you are an EU or UK consumer, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal for digital purchases. Because our products are supplied immediately and you consent to instant delivery at checkout, the withdrawal right ends once download and use begin — but practically, we honor the “short version” above regardless. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
When we can’t refund
- More than 14 days since purchase (for change-of-mind; broken files are always fixable).
- Clear evidence of redistribution or resale of the pack, which is a license breach (see license terms).
Even then, email us — if the purchase genuinely didn’t work for your situation, we’d rather keep a future customer than win an argument.
