Before you write
- Lost project? Projects live in your browser’s storage on one device. If they’re gone (cleared data, new device), they can’t be recovered server-side — we never had them. Export project files regularly for anything precious.
- Purchase problem or refund? Include your order number from the payment confirmation. See the refund policy for timelines.
- License question? The license page covers the common cases; if your situation isn’t there, describe it and we’ll tell you which tier fits.
- Pattern bug (wrong counts, PDF issue)? Tell us the pattern name and what you expected vs. saw.
